Three (3) meals per day: Breakfast/Snack, Lunch & Dinner,.

One (1) Keto Strips per week for (5-Day and above subscription) to test your state of Ketosis.

DELIVERY INFO

1) We deliver your meals the evening before consumption, between 5PM - 9PM.

For 10, 15 and 20 Day Meal Plans, deliveries will follow the 5-day schedule.

For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.

Please expect a message from our rider when your order is about to be delivered. 

2) For The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: We can deliver your add-on treats on Tuesday or Thursday evening straight to your doorstep between 6PM-9PM. Order cut-off is 5 PM Monday for Tuesday evening delivery and 5 PM Wednesday for Thursday evening delivery. Orders placed beyond cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
