Our Story

Every brand under Fresh & Good Food Solutions OPC was born from a real need, a lived experience, and a belief that food has the power to change lives. What began as one bold step in 2017 to become an accidental entrepreneur has grown into a family of brands that continue to inspire healthier choices for every Filipino at home, at work, and in moments that matter most.

2017 — Ketos of Manila

Our story began with Ketos of Manila, the pioneer brand that introduced ketogenic lifestyle  in the Philippines. Launched ahead of its time, it empowered people to achieve weight loss and wellness through food that was both effective and enjoyable. It was more than a trend it was the beginning of showing that specialized nutrition could be accessible and proof that the program works.

2018 — The Sugar-Free Bakery

From this success came The Sugar-Free Bakery, created for those who wanted sweetness without feeling deprived. Again, ahead of its time, it offered surprisingly indulgent cakes and pastries without sugar giving Filipinos the joy of eating without guilt or feeling left out. It quickly became a trusted companion in the journey toward smarter, lasting lifestyle choices.

2021 — Get Well Soup

When the pandemic challenged us all, we created Get Well Soup a brand built on comfort and care. Beyond nourishment, it recognized the role of food in mental health and emotional wellness. Each bowl became a reminder that healing isn’t only physical it’s also about feeling safe, cared for, and understood.

2022 — Fresh & Good Food Solutions

Post-pandemic, the mission expanded to communities, workplaces, and celebrations. Fresh & Good Food Solutions was established to bring health-forward food to the bigger table through catering, corporate solutions, and flexible food services for businesses. It became a bridge between personal wellness and collective well-being, proving that healthy eating could be part of everyday life, from family gatherings to boardrooms.
